From time to time even the most glamorously designed bedrooms can do with a bit of freshening up. Rather than go to the expense of completely redecorating, why not give your bedroom any exotic makeover? If you have got extra time and money on your hands then repainting the walls is an option. Light colours such as light brown tend to work best. If the room darkish then use drapes to brighten it up.
Plants are also a great way to recreate the classic exotic look but it’s important not to go overboard. Too many plants can look tacky so choose carefully – you don’t want your bedroom to look like a jungle!
