However it is also probably true that because they are a dedicated professional end of tenancy cleaning company they are going to be a little more expensive than either the agency or a general cleaning company.
In conclusion I would suggest that wherever it is possible that you attend at the end of the clean for your own inspection so that in the unlikely event of something not being quite right the cleaners are still on hand to rectify it. All good companies will ask if this is a possibility. However should it not be the case and because of your own commitments you cannot be there then if you have followed the advice then you can feel safe in the knowledge that your clean will pass the required standards.
